“I have only been into the salon a few times, but every time I have I have been treated with nothing but total and complete respect. The stylists are ALL very talented. The way it works is EVERYTHING about all your haircuts/colors is written down…this way they know what they did last time, and if you need to be squeezed in, just about any of the stylists can replicate it. I’ve never been to such a “sharing” salon. It makes the atmosphere a lot more light-hearted and fun! The girls are WONDERFUL and the owner has been able to help me transform my horribly damaged hair (from another salon) into EXACTLY what I want!!

“Untangled Salon gives superior service to all of the other salons in the Lake Norman/greater Charlotte area. There are salons in Cornelius that charge super high prices, but the quality of work isn’t there. At Untangled Salon you will get the superior service and pay the right price. I have had hair “emergencies” and have called up the Salon, and have had someone come in early before the start of business to help me out. One such “emergency” was that I needed my hair to look fabulous for a job interview at a major company, I didn’t want to do it on my own so I called up the Salon and Lori came in early and helped me with my situation, she had me looking fabulous, I received many compliments and above all else I got the job! At the salon they will go to all lengths to satisfy your needs. Lori has done so much to the salon it is amazing. I have now referred 3 dedicated customers.
